The recipe called for just bananas and the usual stuff (flour, butter, egg, sugar, etc.) but i decided to mix in some chopped nuts for added texture.
Sometimes, improvisation puts a nice (in this case, delicious!) twist on ordinary things!
Now please excuse me as i do my research for some more quick bread recipes.
